Uppsala Multidisciplinary Center for Advanced Computational Science

Introductory Course Summer 2017

Overview and Schedule

UPPMAX application experts want to share their skills in a 4-day series of courses. We will help you move from being a Linux novice to an UPPMAX expert. If you already have the fundamentals down, you are still sure to enjoy the tips and tricks in the later parts of the course. Hence we've made it possible to sign up only for the days that are interesting to you.

More advanced users may be interested in the associated Awk workshop.

When: week 34, Monday August 21 – Thursday August 24, 2017

Where: "Trippelrummet" (E10:1307-1309) in Navet, SciLifeLab, BMC, Uppsala. Note, the door into Navet is usually locked, but will be open in the morning to let people in some time before 9:00 and after lunch before 13:00.
