Applying for an UPPNEX project
If you are a user of one of the regional or national platforms for NGS (such as SciLifeLab), you can apply for an UPPNEX project. This gives you access to a standard account of 2000 computing hours per 30 days and 1000 GB project storage (half backuped and half non-backuped).
The aim is to use all available resources so if you are in need of more computing hours or storage, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but please first read our guides for applying for CPU time and our disk storage guide.
When you have a project your members can apply for an user account by: 1) registering in SUPR, 2) search for the project in question, 3) apply for a membership. This will render in an email being sent to the PI that will have to confirm the membership. A while after the membership has been confirmed, new member will be sent information about their UPPMAX user account.
